BBGA Nursing Home Abuse Attorney Evan Jones recently spoke with Rob Schenk on his Nursing Home Abuse Podcast to discuss the effects of resident-on-resident violence in nursing homes. In the episode, Evan speaks on the role nursing homes should play in preventing resident-on-resident violence.

“The blame generally doesn’t lie on the resident who commits the violent act,” Evan said. “The blame is usually with the nursing home.”
