BBGA is a proud supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens, and recently attended the 20thAnnual Steak & Steak Dinner.
The yearly event gives supporters the opportunity to share a dinner with Club members and discover the impact their monetary donations and volunteerism has on Club members.
BBGA attorneys Chip Brown, Mike Morris, Tripp Bridges, Thomas Hollingsworth, David Dismuke and Pam Dillard attended the March 20th event. Brown serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is the Chief Volunteer Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens. He’s served on the Board for 10 years and the firm has been involved for more than 25 years. Morris is also a past Chairman of the Board for the Club.
“I can’t think of a better organization, with a clearer vision than that of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens,” Brown said. “It’s an honor to be a part of a non-profit that’s dedicated to improving the lives of young people who live right here in our own back yard.”
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens has provided a clean, healthy, and safe environment for children ages 6 to 18 for more than 50 years. The organization offers afterschool activities designed to fully engage members in skill building exercises, while also encouraging them to have fun.
